Ricardo Bovendorp
Ecologist, graduate in Ecology at the Estate University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP, Rio Claro (2002-2005). I completed my doctoral at the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" - ESALQ - USP in the Applied Ecology program (2008 - 2013) enjoying a period in Integrative Ecology Group, Estación Biológica Doñana, CSIC, Seville, Spain, coordinated by Dr. Pedro Jordano. Currently I’m postdoctoral on Dept. of Ecology at Unesp Rio Claro, Brazil enjoying a period as Visiting Post-Doctoral Researcher in McCleery`s Lab, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, United States of America, with Dr. Robert Allan McCleery (2015). My research line is focused on natural history, ecology and conservation biology of mammals. Working with meta-analysis my main question on postdoctoral project is try to understand which anthropogenic processes drivers Functional and Phylogenetic Diversity for small mammals in Atlantic forest Biome. I was a PIBIC fellow in 2004 during the development of my monograph research, FAPESP fellow (TT-3 category) during the technical training in 2007, FAPESP DD and FAPESP BEPE-DD fellow during my doctoral and currently a Postdoctoral FAPESP PD and FAPESP BEPE-PD fellow.
