John Kanowski
I am a conservation and restoration ecologist, currently managing the science program of Australian Wildlife Conservancy. My work has a strong focus on mammal conservation including reintroductions. I have a broad interest in the ecology and conservation of Australian ecosystems, from eucalypt forests and savannas to rainforests. I have a PhD in the ecology of rainforest possums and tree-kangaroos; and did post-doctoral work on rainforest restoration.
